To join US SPYDER RYDERS - MID-CHATTAHOOCHEE CHAPTER print out and complete Membership Sign-up, Club Bylaws, Release of Liability–Member and the COVID-19 Safety Acknowledgment Waiver.  Submit completed forms to the address indicated on the Membership Information Sheet. This must be done for each individual who will participate in the club.
